In 1985 Aileen started her career in estate agency when she joined a local independent agent in Camberley. For the past 35 years, she has predominantly worked within the new homes division of the industry.

Outstanding customer care is of great importance to her, adding that personal touch to every sale from first-time buyers through to retirement homes. Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with family, especially her grandchildren and walking the family dog.
