Autumn’s Rental Property Market in West London

John Bunn Mill, Bourneside Road, Addlestone, KT15

If you are aged 33 and have a monthly budget of £1,400pcm to spend, then you could be the new tenant at this beautiful old mill conversion! In fact, you don’t have to be aged 33, I just mentioned that age because it is the average age of all new tenants who have rented property in our location over the past 12 months!

So, whatever your age, if you are interested in an amazing apartment, in the picturesque Coxes Lock development, this 2 bedroom, 5th-floor apartment is located adjacent to the Wey Navigation with its delightful canal sidewalks and the original Millpond.  It really is a unique location! The residents of Coxes Lock even have exclusive access to the residents’ gym and swimming pool complex, now that is SOME RENTAL PROPERTY!

Generally speaking, the average rental price over the past 12 months in our location is £1,200pcm, so this is a little bit special, but we thought it was worth a mention!  You can see that rental prices have dropped by 1% over the past year, so if you have had an increase in your salary during that time, you might be able to stretch yourself a little further than in the past.  Also, it does look like rents are going to increase over the coming years, especially when the new runway starts construction at Heathrow, bringing an additional 10,000 contractor jobs, and leading to a further 40,000 permanent jobs once it reaches completion.  SO! Get your rental property sorted now, secure your rental amount and be quids in when the prices start to rise.
