At OASiS we have chosen to buck the trend for individual commission and have opted to use a pooled team commission policy. In short this means that the whole team are motivated to look after your interests as ALL of the team earn from ALL transactions, sales or lettings. This ensures both sides of the business rewards the negotiators for their hard work and also ensures that all clients and customers receive a superior calibre of service. We have had regular client feedback that this system is a ‘breath of fresh air’ dealing with a team who are capable, helpful and informed regarding each transaction.
Complementing our team, are a loyal and highly experienced team of Viewing guides; our ladies give additional support over the weekends and bank holidays. They all live and work in the area and have a wealth of local knowledge that they can share with you.
Steven Harvey – Founder and Managing Director
Steven started his career in 1993 as a trainee and quickly progressed to Senior Negotiator. He then joined an independent Estate Agency specialising in the sale and lettings of waterside homes. He became a Shareholder and Director and was instrumental in the company’s expansion into Central and South London as well as Marlow and Henley.
Tracey Willis – Office Manager
Tracey joined our team as Property Manager and now manages the office. She brings over 20 years of experience of the property industry. Her common sense and enthusiastic approach to her role and life in general is contagious! Having worked as an Agent and a Landlord, her perspective, expertise and empathy with any situation is second to none.
Liz Gamlen – Lettings Manager
Having worked for the market-leading lettings agency in Woking for 7 years, Liz has joined our team as a fresh challenge and with the aim of rapidly expanding on Oasis’s existing portfolio. She plans to build on the company’s unrivalled reputation for excellent service to clients and customers alike, with a continued emphasis on each individual’s needs being understood and valued.
Priya Chaudhry – Independent Mortgage Advisor
Priya joined the team in November 2015 as a mortgage advisor having previously worked as a Financial Advisor in the banking industry for 9 years, with many years’ knowledge in the financial services industry. After returning to work after maternity leave, she has decided to expand her career and become a Mortgage Advisor for Oasis financial services.

Cheryl Slark – Senior Negotiator
Cheryl has worked within customer service for the last 11 years and been in estate agency for 4 years. She lives locally and has a good knowledge of the area and property market. She is career driven and determined to be successful in agency. In her spare she enjoys seeing friends and family, staying active and looking after her horse. Her strong customer service background enables her to connect with clients and assist with a smooth transaction. We are delighted that Cheryl’s hard work and dedication has been rewarded with her promotion to senior negotiator.
Kayleigh Slatter – Lettings Administrator
Kayleigh has been in the industry since 2005 and joined our team in 2012. She has worked in both sales and lettings and has a broad knowledge of property procedures.
Kayleigh is responsible for arranging our lettings administration and carries out our property inspections.
Ryan Cooper – Senior Sales Consultant
I have been working in Estate Agency for five years locally for a number of reputable companies. I am passionate about customer service and believe that communication and transparency with my clients about market conditions and the sale of their home is essential. I am also very lucky to be part of a team who are all local residents in the area, we enjoy teamwork and together we have so much satisfaction helping all our clients move in what is usually one of the biggest moments of their life. I live locally with my girlfriend and enjoy motorsports and golf!
Dawn Taylor – Renewals Administrator
Dawn has been a member of the team for over 8 years, acting as a Viewing Guide and providing office support during busy times.
A mother of two, she grew up locally and provides a wealth of knowledge of the area, looking after our renewals of tenancy business.
Mark Wilson – Independent Mortgage Adviser
Mark has worked within the financial services industry for over 15 years and possesses a wealth of knowledge. Mark offers fully independent financial advice on mortgages, buildings and contents insurance, life insurance and mortgage protection.

Spencer McKay – Sales Negotiator
Spencer has worked as an estate agent since 2014, starting his career as a lettings negotiator and joining Oasis as a sales negotiator. Spencer has quickly established himself as a reliable, hardworking and motivated member of the Sales team.
His experience in customer service has made him a firm favorite with both buyers and sellers who appreciate his high levels of communication, dedication and achieving the best price for our vendors. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and playing squash
Alex Jones – Senior Lettings Conultant
I’m new to the team here at Oasis, but have a passion for property and finding people the perfect place for them. I am a homeowner and mortgage holder, as well as a previous landlord so have a good understanding of both sales and lettings. I have worked as an estate agent in several different areas of Surrey, namely Staines, Weybridge, Addlestone, Guildford and Woking.
My family all come from Staines and Laleham so I know the area well. Previous to working in estate agency I worked in TV and Film for Universal Pictures.
Lisa Mclean – Mortgage and Protection Advisor
Lisa has worked within the financial services industry for the last 6 years as a mortgage and protection adviser. Lisa was initially estate agency based and later began to specialise in the new build market. Lisa’s now joined the team at Oasis Financial Services continuing to advise on residential and buy to let mortgages in addition to arranging mortgage protection.

Claire previously worked in property management in Woking after leaving the world of antiques at Criterion Auctioneers in Islington.
Gemma Draper – Viewing Guide
The older sister of our very own Ella Kirby, Gemma sold her flat through OASiS and loved the experience so much that she decided to make it a family thing and join the team as a weekend Viewing Guide. A ‘Medicines Optimisation Technician’ during the week, Gemma’s bubbly, fun-loving personality has made her a hit with buyers from the start.
Medina Bristow – Viewing Guide
Mum of five Medina has been a valued member of the team for the past four years.
She can be found manning the office on a Sunday and also working as a valued Viewing Guide.
