With over 100 years combined property experience, our team have between them personally bought 26 homes, been tenants 38 times and landlords 35 times, so intrinsically know how you feel. Our multi award winning consultants regularly receive both sales and lettings training internally and externally from some of the leading trainers across the globe.

At OASiS we have chosen to buck the trend for individual commission and have opted to use a pooled team commission policy. In short this means that the whole team are motivated to look after your interests as ALL of the team earn from ALL transactions, sales or lettings. This ensures both sides of the business rewards the negotiators for their hard work and also ensures that all clients and customers receive a superior calibre of service. We have had regular client feedback that this system is a ‘breath of fresh air’ dealing with a team who are capable, helpful and informed regarding each transaction.

Complementing our team, are a loyal and highly experienced team of Viewing guides; our ladies give additional support over the weekends and bank holidays.  They all live and work in the area and have a wealth of local knowledge that they can share with you.

Steven Harvey

Steven Harvey – Founder and Managing Director

Steven started his career in 1993 as a trainee and quickly progressed to Senior Negotiator. He then joined an independent Estate Agency specialising in the sale and lettings of waterside homes. He became a Shareholder and Director and was instrumental in the company’s expansion into Central and South London as well as Marlow and Henley.

Liz Gamlen

Liz Gamlen – Lettings Manager

Having worked for the market-leading lettings agency in Woking for 7 years, Liz has joined our team as a fresh challenge and with the aim of rapidly expanding on Oasis’s existing portfolio. She plans to build on the company’s unrivalled reputation for excellent service to clients and customers alike, with a continued emphasis on each individual’s needs being understood and valued.

Ryan Cooper

Ryan Cooper – Residential Sales Manager

I have been working in Estate Agency for five years locally for a number of reputable companies. I am passionate about customer service and believe that communication and transparency with my clients about market conditions and the sale of their home is essential. I am also very lucky to be part of a team who are all local residents in the area, we enjoy teamwork and together we have so much satisfaction helping all our clients move in what is usually one of the biggest moments of their life. I live locally with my girlfriend and enjoy motorsports and golf!

Julie Jones

Julie Jones – PA

Julie joined Oasis in September 2017, she has worked in Customer Service roles in the past and was seeking a new challenge when the Oasis opportunity came up and even though she has only been with the company a short while, she already feels part of strong team making a difference to the property market in the local area. Julie works well with clients which is a true reflection on her customer services background.

Barry Marshall

Barry Marshall – Land & New Homes Director

Our Land & New Homes department is led by Barry Marshall who has over 30 years’ experience of the local property market and has known Steven for 11 of them. Barry is an integral part of our business; his dedication to great customer service is borne out in the accolades received over the years. This attribute is particularly efficient for New Homes Development where great service needs to be at the forefront and attention to detail is crucial with tight time deadlines to be met.

Medina Bristow

Medina Bristow – Viewing Guide

Mum of five Medina has been a valued member of the team for the past four years.

She can be found manning the office on a Sunday and also working as a valued Viewing Guide.

Lawrence Browning – Sales Consultant

Lawrence has worked in estate agency for the last 7 years and has just recently relocated from the south coast leaving a career in lettings and joining the successful sales department at Oasis. Lawrence brings with him the knowledge and experience our clients have come to expect. With his friendly and positive approach he has already established himself as a valuable member of the sales team.

Lawrence lives locally and has already gained sound knowledge of the local property market. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his 2 daughters, mountain biking and kayaking (weather permitting)


Cheryl Slark – Senior Estate Agent

Congratulations to Cheryl and her lovely family on the birth of her first child!

Wishing Cheryl all the best on her maternity leave and look forward to welcoming her back to the team in the summer of 2018!

Cheryl has worked within customer service for the last 11 years and been in estate agency for 4 years. She lives locally and has a good knowledge of the area and property market. She is career driven and determined to be successful in agency. In her spare she enjoys seeing friends and family, staying active and looking after her horse.

Spencer McKay

Spencer McKay – Estate Agent

Spencer has worked as an estate agent since 2014, starting his career as a lettings negotiator and joining Oasis as a sales negotiator. Spencer has quickly established himself as a reliable, hardworking and motivated member of the Sales team.

His experience in customer service has made him a firm favorite with both buyers and sellers who appreciate his high levels of communication, dedication and achieving the best price for our vendors. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and playing squash

Medina Bristow

Connie MacKenzie – Lettings Consultant

Connie joined our team as a lettings consultant in 2017. Having lived in Spain for four and a half years, she has an excellent knowledge of the culture and language. Connie has established herself as a caring and motivated member of the team who is passionate in meeting clients’ needs. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family.

Kayleigh Slatter

Kayleigh Slatter – Lettings Administrator

Kayleigh has been in the industry since 2005 and joined our team in 2012. She has worked in both sales and lettings and has a broad knowledge of property procedures.

Kayleigh is responsible for arranging our lettings administration and carries out our property inspections.

Julie Doran

Julie Doran – Renewals Administrator

Julie has been with Oasis since July, she is new to this industry, however she has lived in Staines for over 20 years so brings a wealth of knowledge to the Oasis Lettings Team. Julie previously worked in a customer facing role for 25 years and believes that good customer service is paramount to the success of a business.

Gemma Draper

Gemma Draper – Viewing Guide

The older sister of our very own Ella Kirby, Gemma sold her flat through OASiS and loved the experience so much that she decided to make it a family thing and join the team as a weekend Viewing Guide. A ‘Medicines Optimisation Technician’ during the week, Gemma’s bubbly, fun-loving personality has made her a hit with buyers from the start.

Julie Doran

Christine Frouds – Portfolio Manager

Christine has worked in property management for over 6 years for a large corporate company and has recently joined the Oasis family as a Portfolio Manager. Christine was born in Wraysbury and has lived around Staines all her life so knows the area well, therefore can offer a professional management service to the landlords and tenants alike.

Marina Geraldes – Portfolio Manager

Marina has worked in property for over twenty years, she joined the Oasis team in 2017, and feels very excited about the wonderful opportunities and challenges of her new role. She feels passionate about property management, and her favourite part of the job is working with people from all kinds of different backgrounds. She finds that working with a great team and clients makes her feel creative, and leaves a warm sense of accomplishment at the end of each working day.


Lisa Mclean – Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Lisa has worked within the financial services industry for the last 6 years as a mortgage and protection adviser. Lisa was initially estate agency based and later began to specialise in the new build market. Lisa’s now joined the team at Oasis Financial Services continuing to advise on residential and buy to let mortgages in addition to arranging mortgage protection.
